Chartio Setup Guide

Setup instructions

Download JSON file

1. In the Fivetran dashboard, go to the Destinations page.

2. Select your managed BigQuery destination.

3. Go to the BI Tools tab, then click + BI Tool.

4. On the Select your BI tool page, select Chartio.

5. Click Download file to download the OAuth Credentials JSON file.

6. Click Save.

7. Make a note of the Project ID. You will need it to configure Chartio.

Connect BigQuery to Chartio

1. Log in to your .

2. Go to the Data Sources page.

3. Click + Add Data Source and select Google BigQuery.

4. Click Drop Service Account JSON… to attach the JSON file you downloaded in .

5. On the Connect a BigQuery Data Source page, provide an Alias for your managed BigQuery data warehouse.

6. Verify the Project ID you found in .

7. Select a dataset of your choice. These are schema names in the BigQuery project, corresponding to your connectors.

   

8. Specify the Maximum Bytes Billed value.

9. Click Submit.
