Setup instructions

Create API access token

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to Settings > Integrations.

   

3. Navigate to API Integrations. In the Data Export API section, click Configure.

   

4. Click Generate a new Access Token.

   

5. Make a note of the API Access Token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

   

Find bot handle name

In the URL of your bot dashboard, find the bot handle. The handle follows the <your-bot-handle>.ada.support format.

NOTE: The <your-bot-handle> part is unique to organization.

Finish Fivetran configuration

1. In the , enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
2. Enter the Access Token you created in .
3. Enter the Bot Handle Name you found in .
4. Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your data from your Ada account.
