Connector Delay Notifications Not Received

Issue

I am not receiving the delay notifications for a connector.

Environment

Fivetran Dashboard

Resolution

If you are not receiving delay notifications, make sure delay notifications are enabled by following the steps below:

1. In Fivetran, navigate to the connector Setup tab.
2. Toggle the Delay Notifications checkbox on.

Cause

Delay notifications are not sent if Delay Notifications is not checked.
